Drill holes for glue injection (MasterLine cleats)

Cut away 23x9mm groove for rubberprofile in double casement profile

Cut away 12x16mm groove for rubber profile  in finger protection profile

Make sure to use corner cleats with passage for espagnolette bar. Apply Reynaprotector to mitres, insert cleats and assemble element

When using bottom rail: indicate position and drill 4,5mm hole to fix guiding block for espagnolette bar in case of a double door

Drill 9mm holes for screw head through 4,5mm pilot holes

Fit backfilling pieces

Snap in corner connectors for outer chamber

Apply reynaprotector to all cuts

Assemble Transom or Bottom rail profile

Fix profile with screws

Seal of connection with silicone

Mount rebate supports

Cut end of glue nozzle to 4mm diameter and inject glue into rebate support (use fragment of 6:03). Inject glue until glue protrudes from underneath the support

Lay-out and position T-connectors

Tighten connectors for inner chambers and apply back-filling pieces

Apply reynaprotector to all cuts

Assemble Transom or Bottom rail profile and tighten connectors with 12mm screws and nails

Seal of connection with silicone (re-use from 9:19)

Drill and countersink holes (max every 300mm)

Apply gasket or silicone (takes from 15/11) in connection detail

Apply silicone to end of double casement profile. Mount end pieces and fix with screw

Mount double casement profile to vent

Mount glass supports and apply insulaiton foam

Mount end pieces. Brush pieces on frames and double casement. Flat pieces on other positions. Glue brushes into place with instant glue

Measure and cut finishing to profile to size, including a 11x9mm cut at the ends of the profile

Drill 3,5mm pilot holes through finish profile into vent. Widen hole in finishing profile and fix with screws

Retouch cut ends of profile with paint brush

Insert bottom rebate gasket into rubber profile

Apply outer glazing gasket and cut away 50mm at top of glass for decompression

Apply acoustic gasket and end pieces

Apply corner pieces for acoustic gaskets

Insert bottom rebate gasket into rubber profile

Measure and cut finishing to profile to size, including a 21x9mm cut at the ends of the profile

Drill 3,5mm pilot holes through finish profile into vent. Widen hole in finishing profile and fix with screws

Retouch cut ends of profile with paint brush

Position end pieces and drill 3,5mm pilots holes through end piece and transfer through profile. Widen holes on outside of frame with 9mm drill

Apply silicone to end piece and mount with screws

Cut bottom profile shape out of fingerprotection gasket ends

Apply Reynafix to conenction between end piece and finger protection gasket

Apply finger protection gasket on frame part

Drill 4,5mm holes and countersink holes on finger protection profiles(max every 300mm)

Apply end piece for finger protection profile in corner of frame

Transfer 3,5mm holes through fingerprotection profile and fix with screws

Cut away 12x16mm groove for rubber profile in finger protection profile

Position end pieces, apply Reynafix and apply gasket onto vent profile

Pre-mount fingerprotection profile with clamps and trim profile to align with vent profile

Transfer 3,5mm holes through fingerprotection profile and fix with screws

Clean gluing surfaces

Decrease gluing surfaces

Place mounting clamps

Apply glue

Place panel

Leave to dry
